In 1998 I wrote a 220 page book using Framemaker on the Mac, which is no longer supported. I have 53MB of .fm (NOT .mif) files and image files. I would like to have the entire book converted to file formats that CAN be used on a Macintosh, say InDesign or MS Word. Ideally I would want the converted files to be 'turnkey', by which I mean that the files in the new format could be edited and printed exactly as they were in frame maker. I understand that may not be possible, in particular the cross references may not be convertible, but as close to 'turnkey' as possible would be nice. I need this because I want to write a second edition of this textbook, and I obviously can no longer do it with Framemaker on macintosh, sigh.
