Project Description:
I am looking for NS2 expert to make a paradigm of mac layerl, improving the performance of wireless sensor networks by primarily concentrating on throughput improvement. Thus the goal is to achieve energy efficiency by using channel of communication efficiently..A sensor node which has its channel to destination becoming “bad” at a given instance and has data still to be transmitted, opportunistically utilizes its neighboring nodes and corresponding “good” channels to its neighboring nodes to transmit those remaining packets to the destination provided its neighboring nodes agree to co-operate.
