Project Description:
Hi,
we are looking for an app that has the following features
- Saves config to xml file
- Is able to read a portion of a file at specified coordinates and then run an OCR of that portion. If possible, the use of a well known library like tesseract would be appreciated
- it should be able to move and rename a file from a network folder to another one
- the app should not be freezing when copying or running the OCR
- the app should check every 10 seconds for a new file and process it (no need for a recursive loop ...)
There is absolutely no requirement regarding the design which should be as minimal as possible.
