We are starting a new Sports Management Company - We need to develop three standard agreements (draft)and three disclaimer for our website. There is no need to be a lawyer as we will use this info to build a more comprehensive document. We hold valuable information to add to those agreements, however we need someone to expanse basic points of understanding so we don't have to start from the scratch. We need: Agrements An agreement of representation between the athlete and our company. (most is outlined on the NZRPA agents charter attached) An agreement of collaboration between collaborators and our company. An agreement of performance between the athlete a team. Disclaimers A disclaimer for the website A privacy police or the website and services A Term of use for the website and services We provide some guidance so all you need to do is a bit of research and adapt a model to our business.
