The topic is corporate governance for unlisted companies ,small and middle size companies including family business in Saudi Arabia comparing to German or UK approach. Please I don't want from you to copy-paste job because I am applying for top law schools so plagiarism is a big concern. You'll have 10 days to tackle this task in ten pages double space and if you can't please don't bide.

Two important things that I must mention. First, I've done the research about the topic in Saudi, German or US and going beyond that is a plus. So, you'll the sources from me. The second thing is that I've a background about corporate governance so you need to surprise me.
