I want to have a multimedia CD Presentation that explains how the work process go in my company.

Here is the details:
Step 1 :
- Client (Customs )have 9 different locations distributed across the city.
- Companies submit their requests to Customs using mersal II
- After 2 weeks they physically submit the documents to the nearest custom branch
- Cusotms officer receive physical files and acknowledge that the file is complete
- Custom officer physically pack all transactions generated on a daily bases in BOX Cartoon
- Each branch can generate either 2 or 3 box cartoon ,each cartoon will have around 150 transactions (declarations)
Step 2
- Efile will go on a daily bases to collect boxes from all locations
- Efile clerk will go to each location and should verify receiving all daily transactions generated
- To ensure all transactions are received without any missing file, customs should generate a control sheet from their system shows all transactions generated on that date
- Control sheet will have declaration number and barcode represents that number
- Efile clerk will check and read all transactions using handheld barcode reader to verify no missing file
- Efile generate a report on spot and sign receiving files
- Same step will be repeated in each branch/location
Step 3
- Efile clerk will return to efile records center facility
- Efile will handover all boxes collected from all branches to scanning center
- Efile scanning supervisor will receive again all boxes and read all them back using handheld scanner to ensure no missing files happened during trapsort
- Each single transaction will be prepared , remove staples …etc
- Each box will be scanned and segregated in the system by branch name
- Each tranacstion will be indexed automatically from the capture software by declaration number
- Capture software will generate a daily report by branch/ date to ensure files received QC
- All files will be returned again to boxes and each box will take a location for permanent physical archive in efile secure storage facility
- Digital scanned images will be accessible easily online using eFileECM system or eFileApp
- Physical files can easily be retrieved using eFile web online system to retrieve any transaction

I need u to show characters or motion for people , transport car , barcode readers , show transaction document declaration file, control sheet .......etc
Will be unlimited changes untill my client approve the file
