MailCHimp HTML Template and Facebook graphic

I require a template i can use in MailChimp for sending out newsletters. It will reflect the real estate market in Australia. it is to be clean, crisp and professional. It will reflect our corporate colours and appeal to my target market of Females aged 25 - 55. I will also require a facebook business page graphic which will be used on my business page. I am open to all ideas and any previous knowledge of the real estate market would be looked upon favourably. I am looking to start a relationship with a designer/professonal who understand how to generate leads and interest in the real estate market and this initial job will be the beginning of a whole new marketing strategy. Any mockups or examples of relevent previous work will be looked upon favourably.
