We can go ahead by choosing WordPress as CMS and customize it according to your need. Remember that you can easily add more pages OR video categories yourself using CMS so it doesn't matter how many pages OR categories do you want. I would like to ask few important questions which will help me to determine the design-wise areas of site. Good day Sir, I have read and understood your requirements and I am ready to start, however there are a couple of things it would be good to know so I can provide some advise and ideas for the project based on my experiences. 1- Do you want to have the CMS made from scratch or you have any template you would prefer to use? My advise is just to stick with a free CMS and then have it themed the way you want it, it would be easier for you in the long run. I can set everything up for you and theme it as per your request. 2- What kind of server will you be having? Linux or Windows? It is really important as to know what language can be used for the backbone. I would need to get the answer for the second question as is crucial to the development and also the bid and time are going to be higher if you choose to do the project from scratch.
