We need a cartoon style animation which is approx 1.20-1.30 min.
The voice over will be provided in our local language and sentence by sentence translation will also be provided to that designer can create the idea.
We want rich cartoon drawings. We can also provide the music.
This needs to be done in 2 weeks.
