This project is to build a software based on Joomla, that is used to manage machines inventory, repair history.
It should include the following features,
sales module
- request job to maintenance department
- job status tracking
- machine rental contract tracking
- quotation to customer
maintenance department module
- respond to sales' requests, and progress reporting
- customer maintenance contract tracking
- daily repair, job record keeping
- daily task ticket printing
- issue quotation to customer
Import module
- input machine into system from import documents
Accounting module
- Issue invoice
- Track payment from customer
additional tasks
- machine stock inventory management
- customer management
- supplier management
- employee management
- multiple language UI
- machine history tracking (something like a patient's history you would see in a hospital)
- user access management
- change history tracking
at the end of completion
- 1 year program maintenance
- 1 year bug fix support
