The project is to create an iPhone app (game) that allows the user to play games of 2 minutes against their friends (Facebook integrated) or random users. The goal is to find as many solutions to basic calculus within that time frame. As the user gets correct answers, the calculus get harder and if they fail they get easier. Each game consists of one round (either a win/lose/draw) and users should be able to replay against the same person at the end of their round.
On the first screen, the user sees three categories:
1. Play a new game: (subcategory) Random player, Facebook friend
2. Pending games: see all the games where the user is waiting for their friend/player to play
3. Ended games: see all the games that are either lost of won
4. Statistics: show your ranking amongst your friends/world and percentile/progression
During a game the user is shown a calculus: e.g. 2 x 3 x 4 -1 and gets three possible answers below the question. An algorithm is required to provide different calculus for each game according to the levels of difficulty.
We are looking for someone that can make the iPhone app as well as the server software for Linux that matches the people together, does statistics, etc.
We provide all screens of what the UI should look like and just need someone to make it into an app.
