I am looking for a design/development guru who can make a simple and straightforward app. The app is a questionnaire that lets users fill in answers to a bunch of precoded questions and upon completion they can export it to a PDF or sync it to server (if the user pays for subscription) I can provide you workflow and mockups that will help you understand the app in depth. Please bid the best price since I know it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days to develop since I already have the workflow, questionnaire to be used and reference designs.
here's a breakdown
1. user can create a doc.
2. User can edit it.
3. User can create multiple docs.
4. User can export a specific docs from list to pdf.
5. User can see whole doc in an interface.
6. all data will be saved locally or cloud.
7. Export to PDF or mail option
Special focus is required for UI and UX.
