Convert Winform Heads up Display to WPF

Hello, I suppose you need to move to WPF because of the transparency capabilities with combined support for vector and bitmap graphics, animation, and various effects like rotation, scalling, translation and so on. During my career I made lot of applications of both types WinForms and WPF but WPF in the last 6 years is my favorite. In the end all operating system from Windows 7 and Windows 8 will be based on WPF.
