Project Description:
We have Magento 1.7.0.2 website with LTR template which we would like to convert to RTL

Magento currently support multiple language and we need that:
once the user chooses LTR language, the original template will be displayed
once the user chooses RTL language, the RTL version will be displayed

We will send the freelancer a sample data and our template

We would like the freelancer to raise a his own Magento 1.7.0.2 and perform the changes. We than need a link so we can test and approve

The freelancer must be familiar with Magento, PHP, HTML, CSS, JS
