I have too many MySQL injections in my server, especially at Joomla websites (1.5.x and 2.5.x)

We need to secure some websites and find a technique to stop this MySQL injections.

For some reasons, the hackers, attack to some PHP files or folders and they change the username and passwords at account table in the database.
