Hello All,

I have a website that you can find here: http://www.gdisinc.com/mitoladeli/

It is running Magento 1.4.2 that has about 260 full products in the database including some images. I want to take this database and site template and have it upgraded to Magento 1.7.x. I will give you access to the site ftp as well as the MySQL Database. My server is running Windows Server 2008. If you have any questions please let me know.

PS: Please only those who have experience with Magento, PHP and MySQL need apply.
