Project Description:
I'm looking to develop a SaaS web application for the agriculture industry. Users would log in to design and manage their orchards and track their inputs and activities. Think of a simplifed version of mint.com but for agriculture. Users would have a central dashboard and 4 or 5 "tabs" for different management categories. I've included a couple google apps forms that give a rough feel for some of the tabs involved.

Please include recommendations for how to host this kind of application. Standard web hosting, fancier Amazon Web Service/Rackspace, other, etc.
I project a range of 100 - 1000 users to start.
