Website Application similar to MapMyHike

Looking for a developer who can help set up a small web site/application that runs similar to ONE area of [login to view URL] We are not looking to replicate the entire MapMyHike website, and won't need most of the features that are available on that website, we are just looking to set up a an area of our website that is similar to one area of [login to view URL], you can see this in the link below. [login to view URL] As you will, users are able to create accounts and upload their own hiking trails via the website and they can be viewed and searched for on the Google Map on this page. Below the map, is a list of trails corresponding to that search including information uploaded from the .gpx file, garmin device, nike account etc. These trails will be uploaded by individual users of the website, and when clicked, are to open up a page of information supplied by the user who created/uploaded that trail. Ideally, they would be able to track their trail via an iPhone app, however that may or may not happen due to low budget constraints. As I am a website designer and can code HTML and CSS, the design, layout and styling of the web site/application will be completed by myself so please don't factor that into your quote. We are looking for a basic framework to be developed that we can style ourselves and expand in the future. Ideally this would be built into the Wordpress CMS as we have most experience using this, however we are open to other suggestions. As we don't have much experience with GPS tracking and iPhone development, we are looking for some help/guidance with this project from someone who believes they can help us to achieve our goals. If you have previous experience with projects like this, including both web applications and iphone apps, please detail this in your bid message and link us to any relevant work. Alternatively, if you have something like this developed already that could be modified to suit our needs, we would consider that also.
