I have lost my developer...

I have 2 linux truserv servers hosted at Hetzner that need some admin done (they are being hacked) - I need some help sorting them out.
I also have 2 websites (www.diydesign.co.za and www.diypromo.co.za) on those servers that need some attention too.

I'm looking for a developer that is prepared to work with the existing code and advise me on what to do with the applications we've developed and the server they are housed on.
