We are using Zen Cart 1.3.8a and we have the module, "Fast and Easy Checkout" by Numinix. Module version installed is 1.2.5 but we need the latest version installed (Version is now 1.11.0)
The reason we need to upgrade to the latest version (if compatible with ZC 1.3.8a) is that I believe it's causing a strange loop with the checkout confirmation button. When Ive noticed is that we're getting an awful lot of cusomers writing to ask if their order has gone through as they've been clicking the "confirm order" button and it's just refreshing the page. This is a worrying issue as it must surely be causing us sales.
I read somewhere that the FEC mod can cause this, so I need to eliminate this by installing the latest version.
We then need to run tests and determine if this issue is resolved. If not then we need to know what's causing it and look at ways to cure the problem.
It's a difficult issue to replicate. I have did some test purchases for 1p with my card, tested with different address refreshes, discount code refreshes etc. Sometimes it replicates the issue, sometimes not. I think it is also caused when 'visa' is selectead of 'visa debit'.... changing back to the correct card type can cause page refresh issues.
Ideally we would like a UK Zen Cart expert to look at this and test the checkout page to determine what's causing this and if it is the FEC module, to try and solve it. We only really use the one page checkout feature of the mod and we're not interested in the checkout without an account feature.
