We have more than 30 years experience in image processing, including measurement. It is a large subject, and we need more information about your expectations, the kind of data provided (examples: how the images was acquired, what kind of object is to be measured, which references are available, etc.) Providing a few samples will be welcome, because as described, the project is not well defined enough to evaluate the workload, our current bid is just some guess, the full development will be almost certainly a lot more expensive. Hello Josh, The basic question for me on this project is how would the object be selected? Maybe the user drags a box around the image, or are you looking for something automatic server side? My bid and deadline is just a guess until I understand what you need. I can't say much about my competitors but I have about two years of experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing fields. The second one is the main topic of my current Masters Degree in which I am working with image segmentation and feature extraction from shoaling fishes based on a video stream. I would say that I am quiet familiar with many techniques related to digital image processing.
