Project Description:
Using free api from betfair make a php script that scan for new markets in a given sports
If filter match place some bets on some specific markets with some specify liability and odds
Customize/settings: sport, frequency of scan, filter of markets, settings of bets to be placed (back/lay, odds, stake)
Output: Display one line per new market and what have been done.
