Project Description:
We need to build a website that is in terms of functionality a clone of http://uk.easyroommate.com/ and http://spareroom.com/. We have the designs ready and the full technical wireframes.
The code must be written in OO PHP (backend) and OO JavaScript (frontend), with normalised database, and following all the best practises. We will take the approach of graceful degradation, therefore the website will be built using the most of HTML5 and CSS3, with possibly providing fallbacks for the older clients in the future. Therefore the latter two are essential, as well as understanding of accessibility, responsive design and SEO best practices (essentially good semantics).
The full project will be briefed to the most prominent candidates after signing NDA.
