I need someone to make a website which can load Gif files very fast. I can purchase expensive hosting if that helps but basically i need this website to do this:
1) Since most GIF files take forever to load on browsers - there has to be a solution to this problem. Many people believe GIF files load slowly because the browser has to convert the very low FPS! I need someone to make a basic website with software which allows users to upload a GIF file and then convert it for optimal playback so it loads extremely fast.
The only issue is my budget is kind of tight right now so please try to give a good price. If it goes well and the site is doing fine I will give you a large bonus.
I think this is a possible goal and we can make it happen :D
