Also de design and graphics need that high quality like that site.
You need to write that template in a cln an professional way using latest standards like html 5 and CSS3
It has to be compatible for mobile devices as iphone, ipad also android and windows phone.
In short, it is similar to that site, but with our own logo and colors wich we will provide.
PS what I did not mention at first, it is very important to have the a search en select a zippcode database in it. We need it in a module wich we can feed by ourselves. You see the application on the example site too.
