We are looking to create an online portal for recharge prepaid mobile, Postpaid Mobiles, DTH, Data Cards ..etc. The working nature of website will be like "mobiwik.com". Developer also create android app for doing recharge.
We want folloing feature :-
- User can recharge their mobile by sending sms
- User can recharge through android app.

In Simple words we want copy of mobiwik.com.
