For a small publishing/print firm we need to setup, import customer data and modify/customize the layout and fields of the hosted VTIGER CRM.
The CRM is hosted online by Vtiger and must be customized by the coder there. Software addons or tweaks can be made in the online CRM itself but there is no system access to the machine itself because it is a SaaS solution. The login can be found here: https://www.vtiger.com/crm/on-demand-log-in/

This project requires great expertise around the (Vtiger) CRM's and the fields that need to be added/removed will have a lot of interrelations with each-other and there will be a bunch of "if then else" conditions and requirements on some of the fields. Below is a list with fields that need to be added/customized but implementing them will require constructive collaboration with me and some expert input and patience of the coder. This is a new playing field for us so we might have formulated or oversimplified what it is we need the field to do. Please keep this in mind when accepting the bid, it might be more work than you expected.
We also need to translate the English fields to Dutch in a later stage but they should definitely show up in the Dutch language template of the site, we will provide translations for that.
Fields to be added or changed in the contact fields:
Contact person for this customer
Street + house number
Address of Website of customer
We need features where we can add addional contacts in the row with their corresponding telephone, mobile, email and addresses. Something like adding a + sign would be nice.
Address Fields that need to change:
We need a button where we can link the address and contact persons to the billing module and select "Billing address not the same as contact address"
We need to add a dropdown with three choices (possible more later) Culture, Health, Retail and Hotel/Restaurent/Bar
Then when selected based on the choice we will need subs that can be selected:
Culture: Dance, Film, Impresario, Art, Museum, Funpark, Theatre
Retail: Food, Fashion
Health: Gym, Fitness, Sauna, Yoga
Restaurent/Hotel/Bar: Bar, Hotel, Festival, Beachclub, Club, Restaurent
We also need an extra detail field there where we can add descriptions.
Contract History (Field where we can input the when the contract is signed and if they had contracts before "Yes/No" Field.
In contracting we need to be able to fill in the status of a contract whether is is won/lost or pending. This should be presentable in the funnel too.
We would like to add a field where we can enter a projected deal value when it is on pending and a realized deal value when it is won.
We need a + sign where we can keep adding the contracts every time we renew a contract with them, this should also be searchable.
There needs to be a call log function (When we last called Time/Date and a detail field where we can log the status).
There needs to be a field where we can input a data and time that we need to call back. This function is important and there should be a weekly overview of which customers we need to call back that week which should appear on the "TO DO'" list in the system and the frontpage.
We need to be able to do searches in the system based on queries like this (and this is to give you an idea about the relations):
"we need to find all customer that have been a customer with us before between Q1 2010 and Q2 2011 but where the last offers are now set to "lost"
"I would like to find all customers that are in the system that have all contracts set to "lost""
"I would like to find all customers that a total deal value of 5000 Euro"
