icon in MyComputer to access my ftp

Project Description:
I'm looking for a very simple software,
i have an ftp server with different accounts on it, i want a tool to give to my customers as a free add-on, which will create an icon inside "My Computer", which will access the customer's ftp account on my server, where they can read/write/delete files as they wish from their own account as if they are browsing a drive on their local computer.

during installation of the software, customer will be asked for a username and a password, these are the username and password for his account on my ftp server, customer should also have the choice to save the password or have it ask for the password everytime he clicks the drive icon.
during installation, customer will have 2 choices to install (by default both should be checked), option1: my computer shortcut. option2: desktop shortcut. once the customer chooses which options to install, then the installation completes.
customer double clicks "My Computer" or "Computer", and see his drives, as well as his ftp account drive. he can access his files easily by double clicking the icon in "My Computer" or on the desktop.
customer should have the ability to uninstall this software by going to add/remove programs normally.

once the bid is accepted, we'll give you the ftp server address as well as the port number will be used to access the ftp server, as well as our logo and icon graphic and the name of the icon.

this must work on windows 2000 and newer until windows 8... both editions of 32bit and 64bit...

please quote me separate price for all of the above, and another price including the following option:
before installing the software, i would like to have the option to give serial numbers to activate the product, preferrably with a serial number that communicates online to our server to confirm if the serial number typed is being used more than once or not...

note: payment will be escrowed in full upon bid acceptance, but payment will not be released until project is 100% complete.
