Help with Buddypress/S2Member back-end customization

I am building a website utilizing wordpress with the plugins Buddypress and s2member pro. I am using s2Member's ccaps (custom_capabilities) function to differentiate different membership types on the site. I am looking for a wordpress/php specialist (preferrably someone familiar with buddypress and membership sites) that can help me create a simple solution in the wordpress admin section to quickly and easily add/change/edit the ccaps for each user (ideally with a batch feature as well) without having to click on each individual user and edit their role. The idea is to make it simple enough for for a non-wordpress expert to go in and quickly add/change/edit the ccaps of users from one panel on the wp admin section. Open to suggestions/recommendations on the best solution for this.
