Project Description:
I need to set Podio up to help me with leads/project management/invoicing etc. I am a consultant, I manage clients and outsource work to my designers/coders overseas.
What I’d like to be able to do is, manage everything centrally from Podio, from the start to finish, managing potential leads, and creating invoices etc.
Crucial requirements:
Lead management – control potential/cold/warm leads
Invoicing – be able to invoice clients as required
Project management – be able to handle each aspect of the project, timeframes/allocation/etc
I am not familiar with the way workspaces and apps work individually in Podio, I need you to explain some of the basics of how it works and how to setup projects and manage ongoing work etc.
