We're looking for a highly skilled 3d artist with excellent 3d rendering to make 3 - 3D male dress shirt model

The final version must make anyone think that it is a photo and not a 3d model.
Also i need customized parts of Dress shirt :
Collar 10
Cuff 5
Fastening 3 types for each model
Sleeve 3 types for each model
Bottom of Shirt - 2 types for each model
Thread color buttonholes 10-20 types
Buttons 10-20
Pocket 3X(1 or 2 in model) for each model

The model must have sufficient UVW mapping coordinates to allow further texturing work.
This is for us to mimic the different parts of the shirt that come together using separate patterned fabric from collar, cuff, sleeves and body

The above parts must all fit together in layers so we can switch elements on and off for rendering purposes and eventually to be saved out as images for website development
For cutting i think need create Photoshop action - for easy cutting next Fabrics

When bidding, please also answer these following questions:
- In future, how much would it cost to render each fabric?
- Is there any way to make the fabric rendering automatically? Or half automatically which means I can do it myself without having great skills in 3D?
