Also there are increased concerns around talent competition and retention. A big threat in many firms today is the mid-career talent—people in whom the organization has invested heavily and in whom it has pinned its hopes for future leadership. Companies are as a result looking to develop talent management practices and programs directed to leverage technology to create greater work/life balance over recent years.
In the Engagement phase of Talent Management cycle can wellbeing and work life balance policies be employed as effective tools for higher retention ratios?
This project will endeavor to answer the above question by overviewing the various wellbeing and better life-work balance policies and evaluate the extent to which they are applied by various companies.
