Project Description:
We need to create a simple/basic networking site for a targeted group - its simple, basic, and pretty easy.
In fact, we even have come up with the design, the social tools can be taken from standard tools from many social scripts out there.
Keeping all this in mind, we'd like someone to help create this as soon as possible, and not charge so much, as planning, design, etc are ours and the social website is basic and fun.
