XML export and valid schema for MS Excel 2010 import

Project Description:
I have a website with Joomla 1.5.25 and Virtuemart 1.1.4
and i need someone to make a valid XML schema with the
requirements that I attach.

I will export the database from phpmyadmin in any form you desire
Keep in mind that is UTF8 characters

You have to deliver :
a) The XML with the fields and data a require inside them as ready
b) The XML as empty but valid schema so that can be imported in
Excel, and then export it in future use

Can start as soon as possible with the export file/type you want me
to send through phpmyadmin
