Project Description:
I am looking to have an ipad/iphone app template built for a quiz.
Want to get a quiz created where the app has the ability to have multiple quiz's within it (3-5) and each quiz would be a simple multiple choice answer.
Would like to have a progress bar to show the user where they are at in the quiz and would like to have a summary at the end of each quiz that shows them which questions they got right/wrong and what the correct answer is.
Need the ability to change the quiz questions/answers.
The Questions would generally have an image a question and a choice of 4 answers.
Need ability to click on image to show larger version.
Need ability to have questions with no image - without destroying the structure of the question.
The template must be reusable so I can reskin it and submit as different apps on the appstore.

To make it a little clearer on what I am after I have attached a rough drawing of what I am wanting on each page.
I have engaged a designer to review the draft wireframe so the document may change and the designer I have will create all the graphics.
