A very professional and direct to the point deliverance. He surely had the C++ Windows Driver Development expertise I needed in my hwclock project. He was over enthusiastic and already built a Proof of Concept in the weekend before I selected the candidate. In that way he was sure what to aspect of the assignment and convinced me he could do it in less time then the others. The only delays were due to timezone differences, but that will not stop me a next time for hiring him !
