Excel Spread Sheet made into iOS/Android app

Sadly the lack of communication near the end of the project and the uncompleted work made me seek work from another developer. The work up to that point was functional and what was asked for. However some items were left unfinished and no communication.

Constant delays where very frustrating...to the point where we had to cancel the project with this freelancer and look elsewhere.. The final straw was he introduced bugs which he claimed he could not duplicate and would NOT fix...then said he would never work for us again
