Project goal
The challenge was to provide after-hours customers with a response to FAQ questions. Customers would ask questions in different forms, and the previous system could not respond. Also, no human input would be available to assist, so the chatbot would have to provide high accuracy to access information during off-hours

Solution
- Began with a Minimal Valuable Product (MVP) solution. In Phase 1, we focused on the known questions that would be asked, then we pulled and presented the data from one predefined source. - Phase 2 consisted of generating synthetic data to add multiple versions of the FAQs and then fine-tune the model. - Fine-tuned Open AI GPT-3.
Once we fine-tuned the GPT-3 model, we deployed it and tested the API endpoints and responses using Postman.
