Implement Website redesign flash

Coders were available most days. Access was given to the whole team via IM. They came up with several work arounds for problems. Although we did have to cut TWO huge deliverables out of our project to facilitate the workers skill set. All in all was a good experience warranting a 10 although the debugging procedure worker uses is lacking. Will use again and so should you. Cheers, D.N. Jones
