I have awarded this project to this designer almost 3 weeks ago. He had access to 3D rendered full assembly images and asked to make dimension changes and add one new piece. Initially he promised to deliver in two days, afterwards the deadline was one week. After 20 days I still don't have one single image. Two days ago he posted a file to a website however I have no access myself either to view or download the file he uploaded. I gave him my email address and link for another website where he can upload the same file, he just ignored my requests. I have transfered the first milestone payment, but what really angers me is not the money, but the time I wasted.

I paid the milestone fee and was promised results in one day. After three days I was told files done about to go out. After 4 days i was asked for a pencil sketch of what I had contracted this individual to do. After 5 days he advises i should cancel project because it is beyond his scope. I received nothing, I lost my money to a scam artist unable to meet his promises.

Good work. It was a small and simple project, but it was done quickly and with good quality.
