Online Manager Game - Website create

Hello, currently we have the 11.06.2013 and the project is dont finished. The Description in the project was clear and also reffaral link to two game example link. Additional i have workout any more files for the freelancer: Game Concept Bulding Description Storyboard Description Example Bulding Images Two Girls Image for the Game For this Workout i have need 20hours work. Now the Freelancer want a another Storyboard for me, but i dont can provide him that. I have provide more that the Freelancer becomes regular. But i dont have get results about the game, only two image from the girl. To create the Girl images i need 2 hours with photoshop. What happen now?

Theater Playbill

While the work was very basic and was delivered on time, this freelancer rushed me throughout the process, and kept asking over and over for the full payment even though he was not finished with the job. I had questions regarding how to print this since it was in a format I did not have access to, but he responded that "the printers will know, don't worry." There were corrections I asked him to make which he did not. Ultimately, I paid him just to end it, and hired a new freelancer who did an amazing job, communicated clearly, and was very helpful.
