Contest Brief

We want the attached picture (we have original source file) animated while the below script is read out (voiceover not required)
A series of actions could be looped, as each picture will require about 30-45 seconds of movement while the script is being read.
Picture 1. the girl pointing and aiming the paper plane
Picture 2. the people moving their linked arms up and down and moving their bodies
Picture 3. the person jumping up and down, waving the picture in the air

1. Competence is similar to the need for mastery and understanding of the environment. People have an innate need to seek control of outcomes and experience mastery of any given situation. People also need to feel and be competent in their interactions with others and feel connected to the larger context of a situation. Engaging in challenging tasks fulfills the need to feel competent, which encourages intrinsic motivation. In short, people need to gain mastery of tasks and learn different skills.
2. Relatedness (also sometimes referred to as 'connection') is the universal need to interact, to be connected to and to experience caring for others. This can be satisfied by sharing thoughts and feelings with others, feeling accepted and receiving confirmation from others. In short, people need to experience a sense of belonging and attachment to other people.
3. Autonomy refers to the need for a sense of control, agency or autonomy in interactions in the environment. Autonomy also refers to being self-governed and taking responsibility for the choices one makes. The need for autonomy is not the need to be detached, selfish or submissive to others. In short, people need to feel in control of their own behaviours and goals.
