Contest Brief

I'm wanting to create a website that will allow me to showcase awesome websites that are styled really well, using CSS. I would like the user to be able to upload their screenshot, add description, explain what they used to build the site and a link to where the site can be found. I would also like them to be able to tag the screenshot so that it would be able to be found under specific tags.

Once they've submitted their info/screenshot, it should have to be approved by an admin before showing up under the tags/categories and blogroll.

I would like the site to have areas for me to sell/monetize with ads.
I would pretty much like a custom wordpress site made to look like and do exactly what this (http://bestcss.in) website does. Basically just copy it.
I would like the backend to be powered by wordpress and the front-end to use the bootstrap framework.

#7 Please see the Live demo at http://osman.site50.net (only home page- other pages will be added). I want to use this wordpress template https://pictoricodemo.wordpress.com/ to create admin panel , css developer, rating , bootstrap, But the main page will be same as home page and others page accoring to http://osman.site50.net/ (which is like as http://bestcss.in--as your required) . In is mention that another page will be more glorious.
