Contest Brief

I have the content (the questions and text) for a quiz that I want to use for an online course for my WordPress-based site. The answers for the test items will be both "True/False" and "Multiple Choice." There are a total of 17 test items. Each of the answers for test items need to have an explanation for why that answer choice was correct. Attached is the text for the quiz. The budget is set, and only those developers/freelances who can accept that budget need apply. Thank you.
