Contest Brief

My company organizes non profit events. I am looking for a seal or 'stamp' that I can put on images to portray that we are a non profit. In the attachment, you can see a sample 'seal' that portrays the event is 100% non profit. I am looking for a seal or stamp similar that says 'Benefits 100% Charity' with 100% in large letters in the middle. It an also say 'All Proceeds Benefit 100% Charity'. The word charity should also be a little bit bigger so it is easy to read.

Final file must be in .psd or .ai format at least 350 DPI and at least 2000x2000 pixels. Color scheme is not important, as it will be changed colors in the future. background should be clear, so the stamp/seal can be placed on any color.
