  You need voice over, a unique wor from scratch, and the examples given are 3D animation... you will not get good entries for this price

     Hmm... work form scratch and unique, can't be made for $190. After all your budget should be unique as well ;) Otherwise you will get nothing but what you pay for- a template or very bad animation. Good luck!
