Contest Brief

I need a DL flyer designed that can be handed out as a check list for people that are getting their homes ready to be photographer to be sold. Can be double sided but all checklist items from the word document need to be on one side. The flyer needs to have the same feel and colours from my website. You can use any photos from the website on the flyer as well.
