Now that we've gotten the nasty out of the way I don't want you to get discouraged I think you have the talent to win this thing so I'm going to steer you in a direction that we've settled on and think would like to go. Keep in mind that I think this example in combination with the elements and layout in submission 13 might solidify you a win. Consider making a hybrid of our example and your work, maybe you'll finally nail it.

Mr. Souvik I think this is personally an interesting design and quite creative. Perhaps I'm also especially fond of your elements and design style. Unfortunately for this design it has been decided that it will simply not work the style of the contrast and overall layout. This also applies to your submission #18 . But I think certain things are DONE very well. The profile picture for the posts, i.e. exclusive clan, new features, etc. The Mascot is well placed.
