Contest Brief
Design a logo for a 150 year old south Australian country hotel in Melrose, flinders ranges, south Australia. The hotel willl be undergoing renovation soon and we would like a new logo. The front of the building as it exists has concrete columns which will be removed and replaced with wood posts. I have included an old photo of how the hotel was years ago and how it is going to look when it is finished in mid march 2017. There is also a photo of how it looks now. MELROSE is the oldest town in the flinders ranges. The colour scheme will be heritage colours as per state heritage in south Australia. Ie greens, browns, creams, whites and reds. All heritage type colours..
I would like to be able to use the logo for all advertising we do, the main sign for the front of the hotel, shirts, hats, business cards etc etc.
also the hotel sits at the base of Mount Remarkable.
Hotel name is Mount Remarkable Hotel or Mt. Remarkable Hotel.
