Contest Brief

We are starting a company that represents all facets of the real estate world. Ideally we would like a logo that represents the many sides of our company, but not in a literal way. Something that shows multiple sides, multiple angles... Whatever your creative mind develops! No preference on colors. Winning designer will have future opportunities for website design, marketing materials, business cards, electronic file templates, etc.

WE DO NOT WANT A CLICHE CITY SKYLINE OR ROOFTOP IMAGE. Think, instead, of prisms or a block with multiple sides/angles. Or a treatment for the word ALTUS. Or the letter "A". We want ORIGINAL illustrations. We will be checking submissions against a variety of websites with free images to ensure we get an original idea.

Mission Statement: Altus Property Advisors was founded on the premise of providing real estate owners with efficient, cost-effective solutions to their everyday needs. This will be accomplished through the use of technology and by refining the business model of traditional real estate firms.



Clients include homeowners, mortgage brokers, banking institutions, real estate investors and owners, corporations and retailers, and property management companies. Therefore, we need something clean and professional, but eye-catching. We are revolutionizing the industry, and we want our logo to portray that.
